What We Do

At Steady, we help organizations design strategy, programs, and workshops that actually work. Think of us as your partner in making things run smoother, teams work better, and programs hit harder.

Your work is important. Your strategy, programs, and workshops should be too. We help you make them smarter, stickier, and way more effective.

1. Strategy & Programs That Stick

  • Program Design & Refresh – Build programs that communities love, and that actually achieve your goals.
  • Logic Models & Evaluation – Measure what matters (and skip the busywork).
  • Pilot Launches & Iteration – Test, tweak, and get real-time insights before going full-scale.
  • Strategic Planning – Plans that aren’t just pretty documents—they’re blueprints for action

We help you plan, design, and refine what you do so it actually gets results.

Outcome: Programs and strategies that actually make an impact (not just look good on paper).

2. Workshops & Facilitation That Work

  • Team Trainings – Equity-centered, practical, and actually enjoyable. Live, virtual, or self-paced.
  • Leadership Board Retreats – Align teams, spark ideas, and leave energized, not exhausted.
  • Collective Impact Facilitation - Bring stakeholders together with focus, clarity, and results.
  • Staff Engagement Sessions – Workshops that get everyone talking, thinking, and acting.

We make meetings, trainings, and retreats worth showing up for.

Outcome: Teams that leave motivated, aligned, and ready to make things happen.

3. Support & Storytelling That Amplify Your Work

  • Onboarding & Team Development – Get everyone up to speed and working in sync.
  • Custom Trainings & Coaching – Tailored for your people, your challenges, your goals.
  • DEI & Trauma-Informed Integration – Make equity, inclusion, and wellbeing a reality, not a checkbox.
  • Communications & Storytelling – Share your impact in a way that resonates and inspires.

We help you translate all the great work you do into clarity, capacity, and impact.

Outcome: A stronger, smarter organization with the skills, tools, and story to succeed.

"Jules and Matt were amazing to work with. Not only do they both have a great understanding of the brain and how sensory input is processed by the brain, they were able to explain it in a fun way that made sense to the group. Despite being virtual which comes with challenges, they were able to engage the group and facilitate meaningful conversations regarding the brain and the Neurosequential model. I hope to work with them again in the future!"

I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to build strategies, programs, and workshops that actually lasts.

Hi, I’m Matthew. I’m a proud dad, lifelong football (soccer) enthusiast, and someone who’s spent 20+ years helping communities harness the power of sport and connection.

I’ve worked across professional football in England, publicly funded schools providing special education support, and (since moving to Canada in 2010) held leadership roles at Right To Play and Jays Care Foundation. At Right To Play, I partnered with Indigenous communities and priority neighbourhoods in Toronto to co-create programs that empower youth. At Jays Care, I helped operationalize national programs, leading child protection, MEL, and systems operations that reached tens of thousands of young people each year.
